These three DVDs allow you to accurately train all of the Practice Combat Scenarios for the Guardsman Level of the Elite-Fighters System of Martial Arts. The Guardsman Level material is also the technique requirements for the American Kenpo Legacy Association 5th Degree Black Belt Requirements. These three videos contain all of the defenses for the striking attacks in the Elite-Fighters/American Kenpo Legacy Systems.

Volume One contains all of the Practice Combat Scenarios (PCSs) for PCS Groups 29-42. This includes all of the defenses for the following attacks:

• Pushes
• Punches

Volume Two contains all of the Practice Combat Scenarios (PCSs) for PCS Groups 43-55. This includes all of the defenses for the following attacks:

Volume Three contains all of the Practice Combat Scenarios (PCSs) for PCS Groups 56-82. This includes all of the defenses for the following attacks:

• Punches (continued)
• Kicks
• Clubbing attacks
• Bladed weapons

The techniques are demonstrated from three viewing angles: with and opponent slow speed, without an opponent (slow speed), and without an opponent (full speed).
