Enforcer
Rank Insignia

The Elite-Fighters System of martial
arts has adopted insignia to represent each rank of the system. Insignia
are symbols that are designed to give meaning beyond the image that
they represent. The development of symbols follow the pattern from an
actual object - to an image of that object - finally to the symbol that
metaphorically represents the object and imparts deeper meaning to the
initiated.
The objects from which we derive symbols
for the Elite-Fighters Ranking Insignia come from the six main armor
pieces of the Roman Centurion. The Roman Centurions are considered,
by historians, as the greatest warriors that the world has known until
the modernization of warfare in the last two centuries. The Romans conquered
their enemy and then assimilated them into their government to form
the amalgamated Roman Empire. The Elite-Fighters System of Martial Arts
has taken the approach of the Roman Empire to conquer the martial art
systems and amalgamate them into the most efficient and unique martial
art in modern history.
The object representing the Enforcer
Rank is the breastplate of the centurion, or lorica segmentata.
The lorica segmentata protected the centurion's heart and vital organs.
The centurion would derive confidence in his armour, allowing him to
fight with the character of a centurion - not being concerned about
being injured, but remaining focused on achieving victory. The insignia
is symbolized by two squares representing the upper chest lorica, or
armour, and three long rectangles below, representing the segmentata,
or body armour. The Enforcer Rank introduces you to the Advanced Offensive
Methods of Fighting, Takedowns, Reactionary Defensive Methods against
all of the multiple strike attacks, and Destruction Strategies. The
Enforcer Rank requires noble character and justice. Justice, therefore,
is the hidden meaning of the insignia for the Enforcer Rank.
