Dominating Lever - Cross Hand Wrist Grab

Dominating Lever is a Reactionary Defensive Method against a right hand grab to your right wrist. This first scenario is a striking method to counter the attack. It is most typical to use this method if the opponent's arm becomes fully locked out (willingly or by force) when you apply an arm bar.

Opponent grabs your wrist with his right hand As your opponent begins to grab your wrist, begin to twist your forearm clockwise as you rotate your palm facing you. This action will lift his arm up and twist his arm with his thumb facing downward.

Circle your right wrist clockwise and wrench his elbow with a left inward block. Counter grab the opponent's wrist with your right hand and strike his elbow with your left forearm or wrist bone.

Bend your opponent over while forming an arm bar. Pull your right hand toward your right hip while pressing downward on the opponent's elbow with your left forearm. This will bend the opponent over forming an arm bar.

Strike the opponent's temple with your left elbow. Strike the opponent's right temple with a left outward elbow strike.

Strike down ward into your opponent's spine with a left elbow.

Circle your left arm clockwise to wind up for an inward downward elbow strike to the opponent's upper spine

The left hand must continue to maintain a tight grip on his right wrist.

Force your opponet's face into a right upward knee strike. Force your opponent's head downward with a left palm strike while striking upward with a right knee strike.
