Dominating Lever - Cross Hand Wrist Grab
Dominating Lever is a Reactionary Defensive Method against a right hand grab to your right wrist. This third scenario is a ground fighting/choking method to counter the attack. It is most typical to use this method when the opponent pulls his arm away from you when you apply an arm bar and/or strike.
As your opponent begins to grab your wrist, begin to twist your forearm clockwise as you rotate your palm facing you. This action will lift his arm up and twist his arm with his thumb facing downward.
The follow up can be done at any time. We will show the technique as the same as before until you complete the knee strike. However, The Elite-Fighters Method trains you how to recover from situations while they develop. The opponent may pull away at any time.
Counter grab the opponent's wrist with your right hand and strike his elbow with your left forearm or wrist bone. Pull your right hand toward your right hip while pressing downward on the opponent's elbow with your left forearm. This will bend the opponent over forming an arm bar. Strike the opponent's right temple with a left outward elbow strike. Circle your left arm clockwise to wind up for an inward downward elbow strike to the opponent's upper spine
The left hand must continue to maintain a tight grip on his right wrist.
Force your opponent's head downward with a left palm strike while striking upward with a right knee strike. As the opponent begins to pull away, swing your left leg over the back of his head and drive your leg down.
This will cause the opponent to flip over and land on his rear facing away from you. This is called an over-the-head leg throw.
Maintain an arm bar throughout the throw.
Before your opponent has time to renew his attack, finish him with rear choke hold with a cervical vertebrae compression.
If you do this with your opponent outstretched, he will not be able to resist enough to escape before he succumbs to unconsciousness.
Use extreme caution when practicing this technique. It is easy to injure the cervical vertebrae and cut off the blood and air supply to the opponent's head.
