Associate Professor

Qualifications - An Associate Professor is one who has already attained the rank of Lancer. An associate professor must have a least two instructors working directly under him in his school, or have at least two schools assigned for him to supervise. He must also operate his own school/club.

Duties - An Associate Professor must perform the same duties as an instructor. The associate professor should also begin utilizing his/her abilities to further the outreach of the Elite-Fighters System assist in the development of instructional methods and materials. The Associate Professor will be assigned a Professor for supervision and sharing of ideas. While officiating at ranking trials, the associate professor will be paid an associate professors fee. The Associate Professor may also begin shadowing and assisting Professors while conducting seminars.

Example:

John has just become ranked as a Lancer Level. Operates his own school, supervising three instructors. Two other of his instructors have already formed their own schools. John assists his professor in conducting seminars and in officiating at the ranking trials. He also has assisted in developing curriculum changes with his Professor that was approved by the Elite-Fighters Curriculum Committee.

An Associate Professor must learn techniques in conducting seminars by shadowing his Professor.
