Professor

Qualifications - A Professor is one who has already attained the rank of Lancer or Paladin. An professor must have a least two associate professors for him to supervise. He must also operate his own school/club.

Duties - A Professor must perform the same duties as an instructor. The professor should also begin utilizing his/her abilities to further the outreach of the Elite-Fighters System assist in the development of instructional methods and materials. The Professor will become part a member of the Board of Directors for the development of curriculum, learning materials and officiating at the ranking trails. While officiating at ranking trials, the professor will be paid a professor's fee. The Professor may also begin conducting seminars as scheduled by the Praetorium.

Example:

John has just become ranked as a Paladin Level. Operates his own school, supervising five associate professors. In total, John has direct influence over 42 schools. John conducts seminars on a weekly basis and officiates at ranking trials. John has also participated in the production of several instructional DVD/Videos.

An Professor is the highest level in the instructorship program. The professor is a professional who has earned authority from his teaching experience and devotion to the System.

Note: It is the responsibility if the individual to maintain the qualifications for the instructorship that he/she wishes to maintain. If the qualifications drop, he/she may be reassigned instructorship levels until the qualifications are obtained again. For instance, suppose John developed and attitude that disturbed several of the schools that he supervised, and that he began teaching things not approved by the Curriculum Committee. In doing so, his associate professors and instructors below him requested a new Professor, which made John lose the associate professors below him. John, then, would revert back to an instructor of his own school, until the Curriculum committee decided whether John could be reassigned new associate professors, and thereby, become professor again.
