Teaching Assistant
Qualifications - A Teaching Assistant is one who has already become in ranked two levels higher than the one he wishes to assist teaching.
Duties - A Teaching Assistant is to work under supervision of a qualified instructor. He/she may teach the entire curriculum of material for the level that he/she is teaching. The Teaching Assistant should be skilled and knowledgeable enough to demonstrate correctly any of the rudiments, combat scenarios, strategic offensive patterns and to be able to answer questions about the concepts and theories of the material presented.
Example:
John has just become ranked as an Enforcer Level. His instructor has assigned him to become a mentor to the students working on the Guardsman level. He is also being assigned as a teaching assistant to all of the new Defender level students.
A Teaching Assistant is the final step to becoming a good instructor. The teaching assistant learns through teaching, and develops confidence in his/her teaching ability.
