Tutor
Qualifications
- A tudor is one who
may be a peer of a specific level, yet who is further along than the
one whom he/she is tutoring.
Duties - A tutor is to work under supervision of
a qualified instructor. He/she may give assistance in running drills,
demonstrating combat scenarios and helping students with difficulties
accomplishing specific tasks in his/her same learning level.
Example:
John is nearing the completion on the Defender Level
material. His instructor has determined that John's skill level
is good enough to allow him to assist the new students in the defender
level in executing drills and making minor corrections on basics
and sequences, such as combat scenarios.
A Mentor can be a valuable asset to an instructor in keeping the morale
of the new students up and to free the instructor's time up so that
he can fine tune the students to a higher degree of execution.
