Praetorium

The Praetorium is where you actually go when you enroll as a candidate for rank advancement in the Elite-Fighters System. The Elite-Fighters System of Martial Arts has three categories of members, once they begin their course:

Candidate Member - this is the status of an individual undergoing the training and learning process to qualify for the ranking trials.

Ranking Member - this is the status of an individual who has successfully passed the ranking trials for a particular ranking level.

Inactive Member - this is the status of an individual who has previously been a candidate or ranking member, but who has allowed too much time to lapse in status to be considered 'active' in training.

Examples:

Bob has just started in the Elite-Fighters System, learning and training for the Defender Level. He is considered a Defender Candidate until he has passed the Ranking Trials for the Defender Level.

Bob has passed the ranking trials for the Enforcer Level and has started learning and training for the Protector Level. Bob is classified as a Enforcer Ranking Member and a Protector Candidate Member.

Bob has slacked off of his training for about three years and has not attempted any trials for the Protector Level, nor has he had contact with his instructor in over two years. Bob's status is classified as an inactive member. Bob can reinstate his active ranking status after getting back in touch with his instructor and resume training for the Protector Level.

Membership in the Praetorium can be gained in two ways:

If you have purchased the any individual level learning manuals, then you will be entered into the Praetorium for that level for two years free of charge.

If you have an instructor that is teaching you the material for a specific level, you must pay the Praetorium membership fee in order to go to the ranking trials for that level.

Praetorium Membership Fees:

Free Membership with purchase of individual level materials. (For instance, if you purchase the Defender Level CD-ROM, you will get a two year membership in the Defender Level Praetorium).

$75.00 - One year Student Membership - for students of Elite-Fighters authorized schools.

$100.00 - Two year Student Membership - for students of Elite-Fighters authorized schools.

Students under an instructor's guidance in an authorized school are highly encouraged to purchase the training and study materials for greater leaning and retention of information. Obviously, it is more advantageous to purchase the study materials to get the free membership. If, however, you have attempted the ranking trails unsuccessfully two you first two attempts, you may be in a situation where you would pay for additional time in the Praetorium for that level to achieve ranking. We believe that if you follow our training programs that detail how to train for the ranking trials, you will have no problem passing at your first attempt.
