Elite-Fighters Rank Grading System^©

The Elite-Fighting Rank Grading System^© is designed utilizing the most advanced pedagogical research methods. Our grading system categorizes your performance in six grades of accomplishment. These grades correspond to the six levels of learning that you will go through as you learn a new task. These levels are:

1. Novice
2. Advanced Beginner
3. Competent
4. Proficient
5. Expert
6. Elite

Below is a list describing of each grading/learning level with the corresponding level of performance expectation. The criteria listed for comparison for each grading level is:

• Situation Decomposition - this refers to the ability of the student to analyze a situation and respond with an appropriate plan of action.
• Decision Making Behavior - this refers to the analyzation process of the student.
• Exercising Judgement - this refers to the independent ability of the student to choose the appropriate action given a situational stimulus.
• Skills & Tools - this refers to the student's skill level and development of rudiments, or basics. Skill level includes form; ecomomy of motion, speed, power, etc. Tools are the individual rudiments, or basics, utilized.
• Formal Training Time - this refers to the amount of time required to learn a task, technique, rudiment, strategy or any other skill, and be able to repeat the task independently. This is formal training with an instructor, mentor or instructional training aids; such as manuals and videos.
• Training With Practice - The refers to the amount of time of continuous training needed to achieve the grading level satifactorily.
